Cocktails with Nick

“The French 75”

1 1/2 oz gin
1 sugar cube
1 1/2 oz lemon juice
4 oz Champagne (Brut, if possible)
1 slice orange
1 maraschino cherry (optional)

Combine gin, sugar, and lemon juice. Shake well. Top with champagne. Stir well, garnish, and enjoy!

Repeat responsibly... :)

“The Knickerbocker”

50ml gin
Large dash of dry vermouth
Small dash of sweet vermouth

Combine gin and vermouth to a mixing glass with ice.
Mix well and strain into a chilled martini glass.

Repeat responsibly... ;)
