The Pictorial is gearing up for this week’s highly anticipated TCM Film Festival here in Hollywood. We’ll be there in the trenches from opening night till close, tweeting and blogging live from the venue to bring the festival directly to all of you who can’t be there personally.
One thing I’ve failed to mention about the festival, by the way, is the ad campaign. Iconic moments from some of the most famous movies ever made are rendered in deliciously simply black and white silhouettes that are absolutely kick-ass cool designs. The Backwoods Fashionista blog posted a collection of them and, in case you haven’t seen them yet, check ‘em out!
